A named system user is one individual account assigned to a person who needs access to Invent Medical. Each person who signs in should have their own user account so access and permissions can be managed appropriately.

Any team member who needs access to Invent Medical counts as a user. This may include doctors, nurses, receptionists, administrators, accountants, practice managers, or other staff members based on the healthcare organization's workflow.

Choose the number of named users who need access to the system. For example, if 6 team members need their own Invent Medical accounts, select 6 users. There are no bundled user allocations or conversion formulas.

Invent Medical uses a simple user-based pricing model. Your subscription price is based directly on the number of named users and the subscription plan you select. Pricing is direct and easy to understand, with no bundled user ratios or conversion formulas.

Both plans include the core Invent Medical healthcare platform. The Pro+ Plan is intended for organizations requiring additional enterprise capabilities, including multi-clinic and multi-branch operations. Depending on the subscribed package, Pro+ may include capabilities such as Multi-Clinic Management, Multi-Branch Operations, Inter-Branch Accounting, Consolidated Reporting, Centralized Administration, and additional enterprise management features.
